Confirm

Appointments can be confirmed either manually by an office staff member or technician, or automatically by ProjectsForce, depending on your system configuration. This flexibility allows you to tailor the confirmation process to your workflow, ensuring appointments are managed efficiently and accurately.

Once an appointment is confirmed, your customer will automatically receive confirmation via text message and/or email, providing peace of mind about their scheduled date and time. To enhance reliability, ProjectsForce also sends automated reminders the day before the appointment, ensuring your customers never miss a booking.
